Delete your Lungo account and data
You can delete your Lungo account and associated data directly in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email. Reinstalling the app is not required.
Directly in the app
- Open Settings in Lungo.
- Select Account → Manage account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm your sign-in if requested.
This deletes, or initiates deletion of, your Firebase account, synced Firestore data, local app data and securely matched RevenueCat customer record.
Without access to the app
Email your request to [email protected]. If possible, use the email address linked to your Lungo account. If you used Sign in with Apple, this may be a private Apple relay address.
Please provide only:
- the linked email address or Apple relay address,
- whether you signed in with Apple or Google,
- optionally, a store transaction ID if we need to match a purchase.
Never send us your password, full payment details or a copy of your identity document. If the information is not sufficient for secure matching, we will request only the additional details required. We normally respond to deletion requests within one month.
What is deleted – and what is not
We delete Lungo profile data, progress and craving data, Coach content, settings, the Firebase account and the associated RevenueCat customer record where they exist.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the subscription settings of the relevant store. Apple and Google may retain transaction data under their own legal obligations.
If you use Lungo locally only
If cloud sync is not enabled, no Firebase account exists. Use Lungo’s reset or deletion function to remove local data and the randomly assigned RevenueCat record. On iOS, Keychain data may survive a simple uninstall, so use the in-app deletion function first.
